The Exomi Support Center (ESC) is the primary interface that handles all customer issues and requests related to Exomi products and services. The objective of the ESC is to provide quality support to our customers regarding the installation, maintenance and operation of Exomi products.
The center is staffed with experienced, fully dedicated 24x7 support personnel knowledgeable in Exomi products as well as carrier-grade UNIX hardware platforms. ESC engineers work closely with in-house Sales, Requirements, Testing and R&D staff for an excellent in-depth understanding of Exomi products as well as the customer's business. At the ESC, we don't believe in just logging trouble tickets, we believe in keeping our customers' business on-line.
